  • First-time users can request a full refund within 48 hours if the account shows no meaningful activity (e.g., fewer than 3 logins)

  • No partial refunds for unused time

• Bespoke.Me. coaching:

  • No auto-renewal

  • Unused lessons may be refunded on a prorated basis within 1 year of purchase
