There are no additional charges beyond the listed prices. However, internet connection fees or communication costs incurred while using the services are the customer’s responsibility.

 


Delivery Time

Once payment is completed, your account is activated immediately, and access to the services and digital content is granted without delay.

 


Quantity Limitations

There are no particular limits on purchase quantities. If any restrictions apply, they will be indicated on the relevant product pages.

 


Returns and Cancellations

Purchase terms are clearly stated before purchase, in the order confirmation email, in our Terms of Service, and on this page.

1. Living English (Web Magazine) Subscription

  • You may cancel automatic renewal at any time during your subscription period (future billing will be stopped).

  • If you have not accessed any content, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

  • For first-time subscribers, a full refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchase if no substantial usage has occurred (e.g., fewer than three logins—more than three logins will render the subscription non-refundable).

  • Please note that we do not offer partial (pro-rated) refunds.

2. Bespoke. Me. (Coaching Service)

  • No automatic renewal. Lessons are purchased in bundles on a one-time basis.

  • Unused lessons may be refunded on a pro-rated basis if the request is made within one year of the purchase date.

System Requirements

Our services are hosted on the Kajabi platform and require no downloads. A stable internet connection and an up-to-date web browser are required.

Some activities may be conducted on external websites. For features like scoreboard display, users may choose to participate using a nickname. These third-party sites may request login via a Google account or ask users to install their own apps, but participation is entirely optional.

Creating accounts with or logging into third-party services is not required to access or use Living English content and services.
