You may cancel automatic renewal at any time during your subscription period (future billing will be stopped).

If you have not accessed any content, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

For first-time subscribers, a full refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchase if no substantial usage has occurred (e.g., fewer than three logins—more than three logins will render the subscription non-refundable).

2. Bespoke. Me. (Coaching Service)

No automatic renewal. Lessons are purchased in bundles on a one-time basis.

System Requirements
Our services are hosted on the Kajabi platform and require no downloads. A stable internet connection and an up-to-date web browser are required.
Some activities may be conducted on external websites. For features like scoreboard display, users may choose to participate using a nickname. These third-party sites may request login via a Google account or ask users to install their own apps, but participation is entirely optional.
Creating accounts with or logging into third-party services is not required to access or use Living English content and services.
